1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The data controller and data protection officer is the Network. For any information regarding the data processing of this website, it is possible to contact the person in charge by writing to the Network email [email protected].
2. Personal data subject to processing
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure or destruction. The personal data subject to processing will consist, also depending on the user's decisions on how to use the services, of an identifier such as the name, email address, an identification number, location data, an online identifier and other data suitable to make him/her identified or identifiable, depending on the type of action performed (hereinafter "Personal Data"). In particular, the Personal Data processed through this website are the following:
a. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified, even partially. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.
b. Data provided voluntarily by users
This refers to the data we collect when the user voluntarily decides to register on our platform. The data collected in these phases are limited and necessary to be able to contact the user again to fulfill their needs. For our statistical purposes, it is possible that, together with the registration data, we store some parameters that make up the URL (for example the utm_source parameter) and the IP address. All data processed in this phase are stored on secure databases located in Italy and with direct access reserved exclusively for the technical team only. The data collected will never be resold or provided to third parties for marketing purposes but will be stored and processed for purposes strictly related to the service for which the user is registering.
c. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the user (including his IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. In case of activation of the anonymization of the IP address, Google will make anonymous the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other states that have acceded to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. On behalf of the Network, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for its operators and providing further services to the website provider related to website activity and Internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
Please note that on this website the Google Analytics code is "gat._anonymizeIp();" has been added to ensure the anonymous collection of IP addresses.
You can prevent the use of cookies by choosing the appropriate browser settings. However, please note that this may prevent you from using certain features of this website.
You can prevent Google from collecting and using data (cookies and IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it. Further information on data protection can be found at https://policies.google.com/?hl=it.

Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand the user experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what they do and what doesn't work). This allows us to improve the user experience by offering features that are increasingly relevant to their needs. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on the behavior of our users and their devices (in particular the device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor The Network will use this information to identify individual users or to match them with other data. 5. Recipients of personal data
The data collected by this website may be viewed and processed exclusively by:
- internal staff and technical team;

9. Cookies
With the entry into force of the Cookie Law established by European legislation, each website must comply with a certain regulation. With the following lines, this website tries to comply with this regulation by providing you with as much useful information about it as possible.
10. What is a cookie?
A cookie (biscuit) is a simple string of text that the site you are visiting automatically sends to your computer or smartphone (precisely within the browser you are using to navigate). A cookie takes up very little space, even if generally each website sends you more than one and of a different type. Cookies are mainly divided into two categories:technical cookies andprofiling cookies. As for the technical cookies they are strictly linked to navigation, tend to improve it and do not "collect" information related to visiting users. Examples include those related to sessions, which are used for normal navigation of the site, those of external statistics services, which are used to record the number of accesses on the various web pages or those that are used to store the language or the size of the characters. For this type of cookies, the express consent of the visitors is not mandatory nor is communication to the Privacy Guarantor, but it is necessary to formulate and make available on the website only this information.
Profiling cookies on the other hand, are used precisely to profile and categorize each visitor in order, for example, to provide them with targeted advertising based on their browsing habits. This site does not use them.
11. Who sends cookies?
Cookies can be sent by the site you are visiting or by external components on which the site itself relies. The site that directly installs the cookies is directly responsible for them, while for cookies installed by external services, the visitor user must be referred to the relevant cookie policies on the pages of the respective websites. Google Analytics cookies are among the cookies installed by third parties.
12. How to know if a site sends cookies?
Since the installation happens "behind the scenes" you have no way of realizing if a site is installing cookies in your browser. To view them, however, you can use some free and easy-to-use tools made available by the various browsers. Through Google Chrome you can use the "developer tool". While you are on the page you are interested in, you can press F12 on the keyboard or, from the top right menu, click on "other tools" --> "developer tools". A page will open. In it, click on "Resources" in the top menu. Then select the "Cookies" item from the left side menu. Click on the triangle, select the site you are interested in (if listed). A table will appear on the right in which you can view all the information on the cookies installed in the browser by the same website. You can view the name of the cookie, the value assigned (usually encrypted), the URL of the site that installed it, the size, the expiration date.
We remind you that you can delete the cookies installed in your browser by clicking the "other tools" of the top right menu and opening the tab that opens by clicking on "delete browsing data". You can also, through settings, prevent websites from automatically installing cookies in your browser.
13. What cookies does this website send or could send?
This website could send technical cookies and third-party cookies, for example Google Analytics and social channels. Technical cookies are used to keep track of some of your choices such as closing the banner that you see (or have seen) at the top relating to the Cookie Policy. Furthermore, this website installs a session cookie that is used solely to record your visit to the site itself without collecting any type of particular data. To view the Cookie Policy of services external to this website, please refer to the relevant links for further information:
